Shipping & returns

UAE delivery

Free delivery on orders over AED 500. Standard delivery is AED 25, arriving in 2–4 working days. Orders placed before 2pm GST are dispatched the same day.

International shipping

Worldwide express shipping is calculated at checkout and typically arrives in 3–7 working days. Duties and taxes, where applicable, are the responsibility of the recipient.

Returns

Unworn pieces with original tags may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Altered and made-to-measure pieces are final sale.

Alterations

Every ready-to-wear abaya includes complimentary alterations. Add your requests in the order notes at checkout, or contact us after your order.
